Dear Railwaymen,since its inception, Personnel Department of South Eastern Railway, has been trying to keep the railway fraternity of SER happy by motivating the staff. Going out of its normal and routine working style, it has conducted quite a few innovative programs for motivating the staff and the feedback has been encouraging to say the least.
