Increasing transparency through
effective use of websites in discharge of regulatory, enforcement and
other functions of South Eastern Railway. The Railway will endeavour
to provide complete information on the web site regarding laws, rules
and procedures governing the issue of licenses, permissions, clearances
etc. All application forms/proformas would be made available on the
website in a downloadable form. Efforts would also be made to inform
the applicants of any deficiencies in their applications, if any or
in the documents they have submitted
