Drawing/specification related to the Tender can be obtained either from the IB Drawing Section of COS Office or from respective consuming department/Unit of Railways after paying required charges.

Weekly Stores Bulletin published by South Eastern Railway are issued to the registered. firms only, who have deposited the Annual Bulletin Cost of Rs.800/- (Rupees Eight Hundred only) for Ordinary Post and Rs. 1500/- ( One Thousand Five hundred only) for Registered Post.respectively. The Weekly Stores Bulletin can be obtained either from COS Office/GRC or through Postal Service.

The Firms who are registered with NSIC, RDSO, CLW, DLW, ICF, RCF, other Zonal Railways etc can get themselves registered with this Railway on request, subject to other formalities. In case of regular suppliers having satisfactory performance or authorised dealers of reputed manufacturers, they can get their registration subject to fulfillment of all formalities as per extant rule.

Our concern is registered with NSIC. Is further registration with the Railway required for getting Tender Enquiry?

If you are registered with NSIC for the tendered item, you will have to apply with a valid copy of NSIC Registration Certificate duly notorised or attested by any Gazetted Officer, for getting the Tender Documents free of cost.

Letter/Appliation regarding modification/clarification may please be submitted at the Central Receipt section & amendment/reply will be issued as per the extant rules.
