BROAD SPECIFICATION OF
i)
It
may have multiple cuisines through single or multiple outlets with independent
or common kitchen. The Licensee may operate all the outlets himself or
sub-license some of the outlets to Sub-licensees as per the criteria. Licensee
will have to operate at least one outlet in the

IRCTC
will enter into an agreement only with the Licensee who will be responsible for
fulfillment of all license conditions with IRCTC. The IRCTC shall not enter
into any agreement or deal in any manner with any of Sub-Licenses.

The
food plaza may have a common sitting/standing areas to
be shared by Licensee & the Sub-licensees. The common area will be
appropriately furnished and shall include safe drinking water dispenser, trashcans
and any other items considered necessary.
PRIMARY TERMS & CONDITIONS – The terms & conditions framed for determining the
eligibility criteria of the Licensee & the Sub-licensee will be available
with IRCTC.
FINANCIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS: -
i)
User
Charges will be an amount in rupees payable to IRCTC by the Licensee every
month in advance irrespective of his turnover.
ii)
Security
deposit will be an amount in rupees equal to the three times of the User
Charges, payable by the Licensee to IRCTC. The Security deposit will be
refunded by IRCTC at the time of peaceful vacation of the food plaza by the
licensee after providing for settlement of all dues or arrears arising out of
the use of premises by the Licensee.
iii)
In addition to User Charges the licensee shall
pay to IRCTC a percentage of his sale turnover. This percentage will have to be
quoted by the bidder as required.
iv)
The
bidder will have to quote the percentage of his Annual Sale Turnover that he
would pay to the IRCTC as license fee.
